With the full implementation of the European Union’s Crypto Asset Market Act (MiCA) in 2025, decentralized exchanges are facing the challenge of on chain/off chain data consistency auditing. DataMlux collaborates with Swiss regulatory technology companies to develop a “regulatory sandbox” solution that uses zero knowledge proof technology to automatically generate verifiable data trajectories that comply with MiCA Article 45 requirements while protecting transaction privacy.

The breakthrough of this system lies in embedding AML checks into smart contracts: when a Tornado Cash mixer associated address is detected, assets are automatically frozen and a FATF travel rule report is generated. During the trial operation phase, three cross chain transfers involving North Korean hacker organizations were successfully intercepted, while reducing the manual review workload of the compliance team by 82%.
